Eating Styles

With the thousands of eating approaches, OK diets, all over Social media you can understand why people when looking at losing weight start looking for a “diet” or asking how others lost weight. Then thinking ok I’ll try that. Then failing.

Let’s look at it this way. How many years of accumulated habits did it take to get to this point i your life? So do you honestly think you can just apply a diet and its completely reversed? If you do manage, how are you going to sustain?

Any dietary approach requires one key thing to be successful long term. It needs to allow a negative energy balance while being sustainable.

Sustainable as in an approach that once weight is lost it stays lost.

You already have a documented habitual approach

of how you achieved your current physical state. Your past.

Start with that and look at replacing the shit habits with better ones. Once good habits become habitual maintaining long term health and physique achievements will become just part of your lifestyle.

That's one of the key approaches i utilise, helping people identify then adjust these habits over time. So its not just a massive life change in one hit, which usually ends in an unsustainable disaster.
