Pin Press

The Pin Bench Press

Ever failed a bench press and just keep getting told, keep trying, or add more chest exercises. Next minute you're doing flat, incline, decline, flys and any other creative angle you can think of.

What about the exact moment you fail at all the time?

Why not focusing on exactly that sticking point, in exactly that range of motion.

In comes the Pin Bench Press.

Where you can set the pins exactly at your fail point.

driving the bar from that point as the start of your lift. It's going to allow you to build strength from a dead stop, improving chest power, tricep strength and forcing you to stay tight.

Try pushing a dead weight up from the bottom and you'll get what i'm saying re that very quickly.

Another advantage is it allows you to focus on your bar path too as you're already in position at the bottom and just focusing on the drive back up.

Chest variations are great but if you're having a particular issue with causes a fail at the same point try focusing on that actual point.
